Formed by four highly-skilled business executives who each bring over 35 years of business, managerial, arbitration, and negotiating experience to the mediation process. WHAT IS MEDIATION? Mediation is the process of bringing about a peaceful settlement and agreement between parties with diverse, and often confrontational, interests through the use of an experienced non-partisan facilitator or mediator. This is often done without resorting to the costs and time expenditures of the more formal legal system. WHEN SHOULD YOU USE MEDIATION? Mediation is used to resolve disputes over a broad spectrum of issues. These can range from divorce issues to business issues, from contract disputes to acquisitions, from employment disputes to creditor negotiations. You should use Mediation, whenever opposing parties may be guided to a fair resolution without the time, expenses, and acrimony often associated with resolution within the legal system.
