Laurence N. Garter is a founding partner of Conflict Resolution by Mediation, LLC and is president and founder of Profit Strategies Enterprises, Inc. He has thirty-five years of senior level business experience as an executive, consultant, entrepreneur, and Board member.

For eight years, he was a Management Consulting partner in the largest office of Touche Ross & Co, with client, marketing and practice management responsibilities, and was instrumental in establishing that firm’s Litigation Consulting practice. In Florida, he has served as an accredited associate of the Institute for Independent Business and a director of its Florida Region.

Garter has provided both direct management and consulting assistance to companies, individuals, and organizations in:

He earned his Bachelors degree in  Mgt. Engrg and Masters degree in Analytical Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
